  • Medication Questions:

Once we get approval by your insurance to provide your medication, we typically can deliver your medication by the next business day. Usually the process to receive your medication ranges from 24 – 72 hours from when your prescription is received from your doctor.

We will notify you by text, email, or phone call. If you have a preference on how you would like to be notified, just let us know.

No, we will just need your authorization for your medication to be delivered without signature confirmation. You also have the option to authorize a neighbor to sign on your behalf, have your medication delivered to your work, or pick-up at the pharmacy.

Yes, we stock non-specialty medications, over-the-counter medications, and specialty medications. If we do not have the medication in stock, we can order it for next day.

Every medication is different and may show benefit immediately, or can take some time. We typically check to see if the medication is working for you 3 months after starting your medication. If we identify the medication is not working by 6 months of consecutive therapy, we will discuss with your doctor other options for you.

We follow-up with you at least 5-7 days before your next refill is due. If you do not hear from us 5 days before you run out of medication, please give us a call to check on your prescription.

You should always let your doctor know of any side-effects you are experiencing. If you are experiencing an allergic reaction such as difficulty breathing, hives, swelling of face, lips, tongue, or throat, call 911 and get help immediately. You can always call Preveon Specialty Pharmacy at 909-266-0016 to speak with a pharmacist regarding side-effects you are experiencing.
